font-size: 14pt;\">Actualmente se ha extendido el <strong>consumo de la Stevia<\/strong> por sus gluc\u00f3sidos, mol\u00e9culas con gran capacidad para endulzar que se encuentran en la hoja de la planta. Si bien la Stevia tiene unos 40 gluc\u00f3sidos (tambi\u00e9n llamados <strong>gluc\u00f3sidos de steviol<\/strong>), los m\u00e1s utilizados son los dos primeros:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Geneva; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Estevi\u00f3sido<\/strong>: el m\u00e1s abundante, 5-10% de la hoja de Stevia. Es el responsable del sabor amargo y el regusto a regaliz caracter\u00edsticos de la Stevia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Geneva; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Rebaud\u00f3sido<\/strong>: hay dos tipos, el Rebaud\u00f3sido A y el Rebaud\u00f3sido M (Reb A y Reb M).
